WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE

HAMLET

2h 55min (with intermission) | Duża Scena

The story of Prince Hamlet confronting a sudden and mysterious death of his father is one of world’s most important plays. “Hamlet” directed by Tadeusz Bradecki is told in a timeless convention, as timeless is the spiral of evil which spins around the young prince. Full of intrigues, plots and fighting for the throne, this is a story of the tragedy of human history, in which peace descends only for another war to begin.

The play is staged in a new translation for the first time in Poland.

PREMIERE January 18,2019, G. Holubek Stage

Performances with English supertitles are available only on selected dates. Seats from which English supertitles are visible: stalls, rows 7-15 and I balcony.
